Based In Hereford, Rustique offers unique, rustic, live fire outdoor catering. We are utilising a traditional cooking method and taking advantage of its versatile potential.

We have gone back to basics by using fire at the heart of our cooking. 

 

Rustique was born from our own experience in Smoking and Live fire cooking, both in the U.K. and France. Nicola and Craig, (both being chefs) decided it would be a shame to not have this type of food being offered when it plays such a huge part in our lives.

From this, we wanted to create something special for people to have at any event. From formal wedding breakfasts to relaxed garden parties.

With over 50 years of catering experience between us and having expertly executed the front of house process both in the planning and delivery stages of the big day for over 300 weddings locally, you can trust us to not only create the perfect menu but also our friendly front of house team will deliver on time, every time.

 

We have an array of equipment to help us cook a wide variety of dishes, from an Asado Cross - which we can hang anything from whole lambs, ribs of beef above the flames, to large cedar planks to hot smoke salmon directly above the fire. 

A fire cage with hanging grills, rotisserie & a hot smoking box  or a swing grill for smaller cuts of meats, flatbreads or roasted vegetables.

 

Rustique can cater for a variety of events. The scope of dishes we can provide is  endless as this cooking method is so versatile. We have sample menus but these are just for ideas, we would love to work closely with you to design a bespoke menu as unique and special as you want it to be. 

 

Outdoor cooking can be as rustic or formal as you desire.
